The story of Key Lime From Behind begins in our own kitchen, under the steady hands and mischievous smile of Melissa, our Key West Pastry Supervisor.
Melissa has been with Better Than Sex for years, quietly perfecting flavors, textures, and late-night indulgences that delight guests from all over the world. But this time, she wanted to make something just for Key West.
Inspired by the island’s legendary fruit and our signature style of seduction, Melissa fused traditional tiramisu elements with bold, tropical notes—and added a bit of drama for good measure.
The name? That was the easy part.
