FOH server job requirements will include but are not limited to:

-prior experience providing excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment

-following our steps of service with every guest, every time

-A positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure with the team

-able to perform high quality work at all times

-able to handle money accurately and use a point of sale system

-ability to stand and move quickly for long periods of time

-available all days we are open with flexibility appropriate to staffing needs by management

-run desserts and drink orders to guests accurately while following our table delivery spiel guidelines

-ability to carry multiple dishes and glassware efficiently and carefully

-engage with all guests in a friendly manner

-full knowledge of the menu and the point of sale system

-assist in seating of guests, bussing, and cleaning of all tables

-assist in cleaning projects throughout the shift

Los Angeles looking for prep person

Better Than Sex Los Angeles, opening November 21, is looking for a full time prep/baker!

Do you love to bake? Can you picture seeing yourself baking every day?

If so we would love to meet you. The perfect candidate enjoys and thrives in an environment that is fast paced and structured. They also can work alone or part of a team and keep a clean and organized work area while accomplishing a large production list.

You will be trained & expected to:

-follow our recipes to perfection

-build a prep list daily and execute within our time frame

-accept, check in, and put away deliveries

follow checklists of daily opening and closing side work

-communicate dessert pars and production to other members of our team including management

-properly lift and unload heavy food product (up to 50 pounds)

-able to stand 9 hours a day

-have a positive attitude and impeccable work ethic every day.

Charleston Now Hiring

Our Charleston location is now hiring a full time front of house manager and a full time kitchen manager.

Our kitchen manager is responsible for all kitchen functions including but not limited to food purchasing, product preparation, receiving, and maintenance of quality standards. The kitchen manager works along side other team members and reports to the general manager. Prior kitchen experience required.

Our front of house manager is responsible for overseeing day to day operations of all areas of the restaurant and will be trained in aspects of the front and back of house. Responsibilities include but are not limited to scheduling, hosting, quality checks, kitchen line shifts, maintenance of all brand standards, and other duties as assigned by the general manager. Prior front of house experience required.
