Financial requirements:

·$39,900 Franchise Fee
·$242,000-$321,000 initial cash investment*
·minimum of $75,000 to $100,000 liquid
·6% on-going royalty
·1.5% advertising fee
* if building out a second generation space

Then, if all goes well, schedule a discovery day either at our Key West or Orlando location with our founders Len & Dani. After that, we sign the deal and get your Better Than Sex open.
